Terms of Service

We Do Astro is a web application that generates, from your birth details:

• Astro Vastu Kundli: a Cusp Horoscope, Astro Script, Vimshottari dasha Time Line, planet influence and hits, the directions linked to your running Mahadasha / Antardasha, entrance, bedroom, study and cabin zones for homes and workplaces, Numero Vastu zones and related Vastu notes.
• Advanced Astro Report (Body Rulership): from your numerology and the hits in your chart, the planets the method points to and, for each, the threads, gemstones, metals and reference tattoo designs traditionally associated with it, with the body part the method links it to.
• Tokens (prepaid credits that can be spent on reports) and library storage packs (extra slots for saving kundlis to your account).

Every report is generated automatically by our software. No astrologer, Vastu consultant or other person reviews your individual report unless you separately book a consultation. Reports are for your personal, non-commercial use.

The reports present the results of applying fixed rules of traditional astrology, numerology and Vastu to the details you enter. Words such as "activate", "remedy", "favourable", "avoid", "wear" or "get" describe what the traditional method produces. They are not instructions, advice or recommendations from us, and they are not a promise that anything will happen.

Astrology, numerology and Vastu are traditional belief systems. They are not established sciences, and their results are not proven. Different practitioners and methods can give different results for the same person. You use the reports at your own discretion and risk, and you remain solely responsible for every decision you make and every action you take or don't take, whether or not it is based on a report.

Nothing in any report, on this website or in any message from us is medical, health, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, investment, property, architectural, engineering, relationship, marriage or career advice. In particular:

• Never delay, stop or replace medical or psychological treatment because of a report. For any health concern, see a qualified doctor.
• Do not make structural, electrical, plumbing or other building changes based on a report. Consult a licensed architect, engineer or contractor, and follow applicable building rules.
• Do not make financial, legal, business, marriage or other major decisions based solely on a report.

The Advanced Astro Report lists items traditionally associated with planets. We do not sell, supply, certify or endorse any of them, and we are not responsible for anything you buy, wear, use or get done. If you choose to act on any of it:

• Gemstones and metals: buy only from a trusted seller and check authenticity yourself. Some people react to metals (for example nickel, copper or alloys) or to coatings and dyes. Stop using anything that causes irritation, and see a doctor if it persists.
• Threads: use clean, skin-safe material, do not tie anything tightly enough to restrict circulation, and remove it if it causes discomfort.
• Tattoos: we do not recommend getting a tattoo. The designs are reference images only, to help someone who has already decided to get one choose a design. A tattoo is permanent and carries health risks, including infection and allergic reaction. Use only a licensed, hygienic studio, follow your doctor's advice if you have any health condition, and consider the personal, cultural and religious implications. Tattoos are not for anyone under 18.
• Treat every item as optional. The report itself says you only ever need one per planet, and none is required.

You accept full responsibility for any purchase, use, wear, skin or health reaction, injury, cost or loss arising from any item or procedure mentioned in a report.

We do not guarantee any outcome, benefit or result, including in health, wealth, relationships, career, property or wellbeing. Chart accuracy depends entirely on the birth details you enter, especially the exact time and place of birth. We use Swiss Ephemeris planetary positions, Placidus house cusps and the Lahiri ayanamsa; even so, calculations and interpretations are approximations and may differ from other software, books or practitioners. We may change or improve the calculations at any time, and a regenerated report may then differ from an earlier one.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you enter the birth details of someone else, including a minor, you confirm you have their consent (or that of their parent or lawful guardian), and you take responsibility for how that report is used.

We use Google Sign-In to identify your account, and your kundlis are saved to that Google account only. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for signing in with the same account you used to generate your kundlis. You may remove kundlis from your library or delete your account from Settings. A copy of generated kundlis is kept in our records; to have it erased, write to wedoastro@gmail.com. You agree not to:

• generate kundlis using someone else's personal data without their consent;
• resell, republish or use reports commercially without our written permission;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or bulk-download the service;
• use the service to defame, harass, frighten or harm any person;
• upload malicious content, spam links, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• attempt fraudulent payments, token abuse or chargeback abuse;
• use the service to violate any applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023.

The We Do Astro brand, logos, layout, source code, calculation methods, report design, text, illustrations and tattoo reference designs belong to us or our licensors. You may download, print and share your own report for personal use. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the report designs or illustrations.

• The price of each product is shown before you pay, and payment is taken only with your explicit confirmation. Prices may differ for customers outside India and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. Any local-currency amount shown is an estimate; you are charged in INR.
• Payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay). We never receive your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Tokens are prepaid credits for reports on this website only. The number of tokens each report costs is shown at checkout. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and are not refundable once bought, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• Storage packs add save-slots to your library. A kundli generated while your library is full is still delivered, but it is not saved to your library unless you add slots.

Reports are digital products generated and delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once generated, including if you disagree with or are unhappy about what a report says. We refund only duplicate payments, payments where the report was never delivered, and charges other than the price shown at checkout. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full terms.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features, sections, calculations or products, or take the service offline, at any time and without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and every report are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or any result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Do Vastu Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, consultants and partners will not be liable for any loss, harm or damage of any kind arising from or connected with the service, any report, or anything you do or don't do because of a report, including personal injury, health or skin reactions, property changes, financial loss, loss of opportunity, relationship or emotional distress, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific report or product the claim relates to.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree that you use the service and act on any report at your own risk. You will compensate and hold harmless We Do Vastu Pvt Ltd and its people against any claim, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, any action you take based on a report, or any report you generate for another person.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including unused tokens obtained through fraud or abuse, if you breach these Terms. Sections 2 to 5, 11 and 13 to 18 survive termination.

If you have a complaint, please write to us first at wedoastro@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, without prejudice to your statutory rights under consumer-protection and data-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always at this address with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
