Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything we sell (the Astro Vastu Kundli, the Advanced Astro Report, tokens, library storage packs and, where offered, online consultations) is delivered electronically over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods, so no courier, address or shipping fee is involved.

• Kundli report: generated and shown in your browserinstantly after a successful payment, viewable in your account on this site and downloadable as a PDF. In rare cases processing may take a few minutes.
• Advanced Astro Report: generated instantly after a successful payment or token spend, on its own or alongside your Astro Vastu Kundli, and downloadable as a PDF.
• Tokens and storage packs: credited to your account instantly after a successful payment, and shown in Settings.
• Online consultation (if offered): booking confirmation and joining details are sent to your registered email address, and the session is conducted online at the scheduled time.

If your payment succeeded but you cannot access or download your report, please email wedoastro@gmail.com with your order ID / payment reference. We will deliver it or, if we are unable to, issue a full refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
